The Finnish Association for Mental Health provides help and support
The SOS crisis center helps foreigners and their family members living in Finland in different crises of life. The center serves adult clients. Help is conversational help.
A client can tell about his/her own life situation in his/her mother tongue in English, Finnish or Swedish, or with the help of an interpreter.
The principle of the center is to give help as soon and flexibly as possible. You can also get help anonymously. The help is cost-free for the client. It is not necessary to have a referral to the center, but it is important to make an appointment beforehand.
